Stacy's Story: Why I Created V-Blissful

It Started With a Problem No One Wanted to Talk About

For years, I suffered in silence.

Chronic yeast infections. Recurring BV. The constant itching, the embarrassing odor, the frustration of trying product after product and finding nothing that actually worked — or worse, products that made things worse.

I visited doctors. I tried every over-the-counter treatment on the shelf. I changed my diet, my underwear, my soap. And still, the infections kept coming back. I felt like my own body was working against me, and I had no idea how to fix it.

What made it even harder was the silence around it. Nobody talks about vaginal health. It's treated like something shameful, something to whisper about — if it's discussed at all. I felt completely alone in my struggle, even though I later learned that millions of women deal with the exact same thing.

The Turning Point

After years of research — reading studies, consulting with naturopathic practitioners, and experimenting with natural ingredients — I started to understand what was actually happening in my body.

The key was pH balance.

A healthy vaginal environment is slightly acidic, and when that balance is disrupted, harmful bacteria and yeast take over. Most conventional products — even ones marketed as "feminine hygiene" — were actually making things worse by disrupting that delicate balance further.

I started formulating my own solution using natural ingredients I knew were safe, effective, and pH-conscious: coconut oil for its antifungal properties, white distilled vinegar to restore acidity, lavender oil for soothing relief, and tea tree oil for its powerful antimicrobial effects.
